DO YOU MINIMIZE?!

In this video Dr. Jay covers the 1 thing that most people do that costs them their health. Minimization is a standard American Trait where we somehow think we are invincible. We say things like, “oh it’s really not that bad.”

We minimize things so we feel less guilty about it. However, over the long run, this level of thinking eventually catches up to people and they end up statistics. Why is Heart Disease still a number 1 killer? It’s because as Americans we think the foods or “synthetic food like substances” we eat aren’t really that bad. The reality is, they are… And, our regular bad habits lead to disaster in the long run.

“Health is Wealth;” therefore we need to treat our bodies like the phenomenal temples that they are.
